How do I know the order is processed and shipped?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. When the order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification. All orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, free of delivery charge.

How do I add items, modify, or cancel my order after it's placed?

How do I add or remove products from my cart?

To add items, click the "Add" or "Add to Cart" button. You can change the quantity in the cart. To remove an item, simply reduce its quantity to 0 (zero).

What if a product is out of stock or unavailable?
