The Platform is owned by Buruchi, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Gandhi Nagar, Bhilwara, Salampura, Rajasthan 311001.

Force Majeure

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
